The essentials

What everyone asks first

Are you the removalists?
No — and that's the point. We're your move coordinator: we source, compare and book the right removalists (and cleaners, and storage) for your job, then manage them so you don't have to. You get the best provider for your move, not whoever answers the phone first.
How does pricing work?
Our coordination fee is anchored on the services page: Guided from $1,500, Supported from $3,500, Handled from $13,500, all inc GST for a move on its own. Third-party costs — removalists, cleaners, storage — are separate and always shown to you transparently before anything is booked. If you're also buying through Kiss Buyers, we quote the bundle together.
I'm renting, not buying. Can I still use Kiss Moving?
Absolutely. Renters juggle lease ends, bond cleans and strict handover dates — some of the trickiest moves there are. Every tier works for renters, and the timing puzzle is our favourite kind.
Is a move coordinator really worth it?
Count the hours: quotes, comparisons, bookings, utility calls, redirection forms, cleaning schedules, and the re-doing of all of it when a date shifts. Most people spend a full working week on it, spread across their most stressful month. We give that week back — and because we book providers regularly, we know who's actually reliable.
The details

How it works in practice

What if my settlement or lease dates change?
Dates wobble — it's the most normal thing in moving. Backup planning for delays is built into Supported and Handled Moves, and every plan we build has a contingency sequence, so a date change means we adjust the plan — not you losing a weekend to re-booking everything.
What's a "Home Ready" first-night setup?
A Handled Move signature: we coordinate the unpack so that when you walk in on night one, the beds are made, the essentials are out, the internet is on and the kettle works. Walk in, order dinner, exhale.
Can you help with pets?
Yes — pet relocation logistics are part of Handled Moves. Transport, timing around the chaos of move day, and making sure someone's thought about where the water bowl goes before the couch.
What areas do you cover?
Local, interstate or somewhere in between — tell us your route on the planning call. For long-distance moves, a coordinator holding the whole timeline is exactly what's usually missing.
Do you take kickbacks from removalists or providers?
No. We recommend providers because they're right for your move, not because anyone pays us to. You see every third-party quote as it is, and the choice is always yours.
